I had a non-robotic prostatectomy three months ago and I currently suffer daytime (I’m OK at night lying down) urinary incontinence. I am also unable to achieve an erection, but I can masturbate my flaccid penis by massaging my frenulum (under penile gland) with a vibrator or with some gel on my finger. This is pleasurable, but I am more concerned about regaining bladder control. My question is … could masturbation interfere in anyway with the healing of the muscles & nerve tissue of my pelvic floor/bladder sphincter?
