Q: Increasing HCG and decreasing progesterone

I am currently 5wks and 6days pregnant, my levels at 5wks 3days were 20,000 Hcg and 15.4 progesterone. We saw the yolk sac on the ultrasound but could not see the fetal pole yet. I am concerned about my dropping progesterone levels since I am already on 90mg progesterone suppositories. I had a miscarriage at 9 1/2 wks three months ago, and do not want to have a repeat.
