Q: Inducing early labor ?

I am 31 weeks pregnant and was laid off due to pregnancy and I have a pending lawsuit. What the unemployment office has granted me weekly is not enough for me and my family to live off at all and I have a job interview on tuesday for another hospital and if offered a job is there away I can induce my labor now and the baby will be okay? Do i even have to really take a LOA? Can i just hide my pregnancy and right after deliverying go back to work? What are my options?
