I had Inguinel(sp) hernia repair done
about a year ago. Over the last three
months I have experienced pain. First it
was a sharp pain near the crease on my
lower pelvis and leg. That pain lasted
about 1 month and only occured when i
sneezed or coughed. That has gone away.
Now I have a more general pain in the
entire area and happens more often when i
bend a certain way or laugh and the like.
Is this normal or am I having a
reoccurance?
Is the doctor liable in anyway?

I replied to your other as I saw that one
first...sorry for not seeing this one
first.
It sounds like possible mesh
complications.
Please see the reply to the other post.
Not to get to personal but did you lose a
testicle due to the hernia repair? I'm
referring to your user name. This has
happened to men who have had hernia
problems and then also from the meshes.
Feel free to pm if you'd like.
Also check out the sticky on the top of
the thread if you have not had a chance to
do so yet.
I'd be more than happy to help in any way
I can as I am suffering also.
