Intra uterine insemination and intra cytoplasm spermatozoid inje Posted: 05-22-08 09:42am
I am in treatment with an infertility
clinic and I have done my semen analysis 5
times. Each time I am getting the same
result, that my semen it taking too much
time for liquefaction. First time it was
>2hr then doctor prescribed a medicine
named Aquaquantine. After taking 6 regular
use and frequent checking its still not
having any progress in liquefaction. Now
its not liquefying even after 6+ hrs. My
marriage was on 29th of April 2007. From
that date I am trying for a child. Actual
problem is with Motility. But there is no
chance to check the exact motility values
due to liquefaction problem. (one of these
time the analysis done with artificial
method for liquefaction). Please tell me
which medicine will help me to solve the
liquefaction problem.
thanks.

I can only recommend that you do not waste
time with various medicines that have
little or no effect on sperm quality. You
can try intra uterine insemination (IUI)
and if that fails you can try ICSI (intra
cytoplasm spermatozoid injection).
