Great question, singlemamma. You can try the current Google search in the top right corner of this screen or you can use our old search engine (which not many people know about)...it's here: http://ehealthforum.co m/health/search.php Just enter your keywords and select "posts" for search results...I like this search better than the Google search to be honest...and let me know if you need more help!
