i hav it Posted: 04-25-08 14:05pm
i hav little red bumps on my arms, parts
of my hands, legs, stomach, back, some on
my neck
they do itch and i hav had them for about
3 weeks if not a little longer. i went to
the doctor cause some of them were really
bothering me. she said 2 get benadryl and
she perscribed me 2 things for them cause
some of them in certain areas got infected
and hurt extremly bad. cortasine +10 she
said that it would help with the itching
but i dont notice a big difference. idk
how to get rid of them or treat them but
they hav not gone away and really bother
me. i am thinking about going to a better
skin doctor but idk yet

How often do you change your bed linens?
It could be bed bugs.

i have your anwer Posted: 08-19-08 15:35pm
i have the same thing i went to the er and
they told me it was pityriasis rosea it is
a virus that presents itself as a rash or
hive it takes 4-8 weeks to clear up and
there is no treatment for it you can use
benadryl for the itching (cream not pill)
it will keep spreading everyday till it
runs its course so don't let it scare you
it is not contagious it usually starts off
on your trunk (area a t-shirt would cover)
generally within one to two days the rash
appears on upper ares, and sometimes the
upper legs rash usually appears as flat,
oval patches of scaly copper to reddish
color kinda like little pimples or tiny
bug bites sometimes a mild sore throat is
present with the rash it can cause you to
have a sore throat, be itchy, and feel
tired like a cold would do i hope this is
helpful for you
