I am not on it yet, planning on getting it, but yes I am worried that it will fall out, But anyway, if it does fall out... just wash it off and insert it back in. Thats all there is to it; providing it has not been out for more than 3 hours. Just Do not get stressed and it should not fall out.

When I used nuvaring I was able to feel it most of the time. But there were some times when I couldn't. I think it just takes some time to get used to the fact that your not constantly reminded of being on a form of birth control like taking a pill daily. You put it in and forget it for a while. So I can understand why you are paranoid. I guess until you get used to it and know that it isn't "going anywhere" Just check it every few days and especially before you have sex...if it has fallen out and you notice it at that point, be sure to use condoms.

If it did fall out you would most likely notice it in your panties, bed, toilet, etc.
