I tried searching online for any possible definition of what this knot is ... I was told it was called a kernel only because thats the southern term for it ... Anyways... I think this is due to my blood pressure or my overweight problem thats genetic in my family... Over the past few days a knot under the skin has formed quickly and is very sore... The knot stays in place but the skin can move around as if the knot was part of the skull... Now im not too worried cause its popped up every so often and I cant remember what my doctor said long ago... Now since I dont have health insurance, I can just simply walk up somewhere and have it checked out... I have no money to do so.... I was hoping there was an easy home solution for this cause its effecting the way I sleep even moreso... Thanks
