I got my tubes tied 7 years ago. My period is now late, I have been having alot of stomach aches, And I am feeling sick to my stomach. I am also really tired. What could be going on?

A late period could indicate pregnancy but not necessarily. The possibility for pregnancy is very small in your case because your tubes were tied. You can take a pregnancy test to make sure. You may want to consult your gynecologist about this.
Stomach pain and sickness are probably not related to your genital system. Simple gastritis can cause your stomach problems. If this stomach situation lasts more than a week you may want to consult your primary health provider.
Tiredness is a common condition for many conditions and diseases. If tiredness also lasts more than a week you can appeal to your primary health provider for clinical examination and blood tests.
