late period with tests negative

so i've recently had my period march 28th
and have had that date for months now,
have never been late on it. yet, on april
23rd had unprotected sex and missed the
period due to arrive april 28th. i've had
3 negative pregnancy tests but multiple
symptoms. i am verrry tired, naseaus every
morning for about 4 days now, headaches
everyday, back pain, i had slight
discomfort in the abdomen on the 28th and
29th but it was not cramping. yet i did
not spot or bleed this whole month of
april. i am eating like crazy but thats
normal excpet mroe than normal and craving
food i've never really ate a lot. i kno it
would be too early to determine by this
month but last month i had unprotected sex
onthe 22nd of march but got my period the
28th of march except it was lighter than
normal. any suggestion?? im so confused
and just want to kno.

You can go to your doctor and get a serum
pregnancy test (blood).

i would but i have no insurance and no job
to pay for it. i dont want to go to my
parents until i am definitely sure. but it
looks like i may have to sooner. i used 2
dollar store tests and went to planned
parenthood? all they told me was its
likely but they dont know for sure.

but since the tests you took have all
come back negative you still are at a
stump.
maybe you should try waiting a week or a
couple days and try the test again.
you should at least talk to your mom about
it, because a missed period could mean
there could be something wrong with your
body if it has not come yet, as well as
pregnancy.

Or maybe your not pregnant. That almost
exact thing happened to me in Jan and I
just "knew" I was pregnant and I wasnt! I
never skipped a period before either, and
when I did I was sick and had all the
pregnancy symptoms. I hope that you get
what you want. If your wanting to be
pregnant good luck, and if not, try not to
worry about it because worrying about it
can delay your period! Good luck! God

I'm confused as to why Planned Parenthood
would tell you it's "likely" when your
results were negative. Because you had
unprotected sex pregnancy is possible, but
I wouldn't say "likely" to a scared girl
who tested negative multiple times.
I think it's much more likely that your
period is simply late. If it was due on
the 28th like you claim, it's only 3 days
late. If a pregnancy was delaying your
period, making you nauseous and eat like
crazy, you should be testing positive.
Wait another week. If your period still
doesn't come, test again or ask Planned
Parenthood if they have access to blood
testing. In the meantime, try to relax.
Stress can further delay your period.

yeah i dont rely on planned parenthood
very much on that, my cousin had been told
that she could have been pregnant the same
day bc they "didnt know what the test
meant" and made her schedule an internal
exam. so they had me schedule one for may
13th but it s been so long for me to wait
i been so anxious and had plans for
amusement parks next week but have no idea
if thats possible because i cannot gt a
secure answer. but thank you for all of
your help, its helped me a great deal so
far.

have you talked to your mom at all?
it would be a good idea to inform her
about things.
she could help you get an answer sooner by
taking you to a doctor or something.
plus if you have to wait till the 13th as
well, thats alot more worrying on your
part.

yeah youre probably right, its just how to
tell her is the thing. i know theres no
right time to. and waitin for the 13th is
just as bad. i have a doctors appointment
on may 6th with a primary doctor do you
think he be able to tell anything?

Sillygirl024- - - try sitting down with
your mom, and explaining to her that you
know you should have waited and used
protection, but you think you could be
pregnant. Let her know that you have gone
to planned parenthood, and done a number
of pregnancy tests [3home pregnancy tests]
and one from planned parenthood and they
all came back negative. But your period
still has not come.
Let her know that you know she is
disappointed, but you would like to do a
blood test to know what is going on and to
plan out your next step.
if you talk calmly with her about it, she
might not freak out as bad. She's still
going to be mad or upset, but i think that
she would feel good, that at least you
were able to come to her with a problem
like this.

but the weird thing is i still dont have
sore breasts, and thats what makes me
think i am but i am not. i usually have
excrutiating pain in the the week before
my period is due and the week of it, but
that pain never came. and still hasnt.
along with my period. not to mention this
unsettling feeling inside me that i just
am. and as of may 5th my period has still
not arrived but not positive test. i would
get a blood test tomorow at my appointment
but i have no insurance and cannot afford
it.

Some women do not eperience pregnancy
symptoms at all, so if your waiting for
symptoms to show up, they might not appear
for you.
You could be pregnant. Your 7 days late
now correct?
As much as your scared to tel your mom, as
much as you dont want to get her involved
with this, i really think it would be a
good idea to tell her.
Your a week late. And either your
pregnant, or there is something else wrong
with you.

yes im 7 days late now. and im beginning
to think i am more and more i have very
little discomfort in my abdomen very much
discharge (milky white) and im thinkin a
test wont show it yet due to the fact i
had the unprotected sex april 23rd and
missed this period. which means it may be
too early. i am telling my mom since i
will be at the doctors tomorow when we
arrive home i will explain it to her. i
appreciate all of your input anything
arrives i shall let everyone know!!! =)

your 7 days late. it would show up clear
as day.
i was 5 days late when i tested and it
read pregnant.
its not too early to test. even on
pregnancy test boxes it says earliest you
can test is 4 days before your expected
period.
its good your telling her about this
though.

but my only concern is that i would only
be 9 days along. up until the unprotected
sex i was expecting my period as usual but
as soon as that happened my period didnt
come which means it would be only 9 days
ago. i am 7 days late but liek i said RITE
before that period was due i had
unprotected sex which means it would still
be too early too tell. all other websites
and friends say that i wouldnt be able to
tell untilthe week before my next expected
period which would be may 28th. anyone
understand my dilema =)

hun, your late! your a week late.
A test would show up accurate.
You said "yet, on april 23rd had
unprotected sex" which would mean, you'd
be almost 2 weeks along, not 9days.
It takes 1 day for sperm and egg to meet,
7-10 for the fertlized egg to become
implanted in the uterus
2weeks is when the embryo has a layered
disc on the uterus wall.When the mother
misses her period.

i have no clue why i said 9 days im sorry
11 days. but you know what im just going
to a doctor its no use askin anyone who
isnt in my situation themselves but thank
you anyway. and word to the wise, 3 of my
friends not once had an athome positive
pregnancy test with their pregnancies so
i'm going to the doctors i am not taking
any chances HUN

intended at all...
i was trying to show you that it would
most likely come out positive, yes some
are false negatives, but not all are.
anyways, a doctor will tell you for sure,
just was trying to help...
