Learn4life Question
Posted: 01-17-06 11:42am

I have the same problem as a lot of people on this form. I am a 22 year old male and cannot get an erection and when I do it is very soft still and is not the same size as it once was, however I do drink a lot of alcohol and smoke weed. I have stopped this for about two weeks now. But I read a few of your posts and you say to try the following:

3000mg fish oil
3000mg borage oil
1500mg l-arginine

has this really helped other people? As well if I take this would I have to take it forever to correct my problem or just until it resolves it self. Are there any other solutions?

Lastly where can I get these supplements from, can I just walk into any health store and ask for fish oil, borage oil and l-arginine? What are the prices like on these supps.

Sorry for all the questions, but its just that I have been real frustrated as this problem has been lagging over me for 2 years now and now I decided to do something about it!

Thanks

I, for one, highly advice against these alternatives, as some of the effects are worse than the gains, if you have any gains, and most problems can be fixed without such help. I can almost completely gaurentee you that the problems you are having are do to the weed and excess alcohol. If you want to try to fix the problem, don't waste your money on these fish oil and what not, stop the smoking and slow the alcohol first, then after 6-8 months (yes, that's easily how long it will take to get rid of the effects of the weed) if your still having problems, then maybe consider it, but I wouldn't before then.
