lightheaded when drinking water Posted: 08-01-07 11:53am
Eversince I was a child, I have gotten
light-headed whenever I drink water on its
own. Water with something such as juice
mixed in is fine. Even carbonated and
fruit flavoured water goes down fine.
It doesn't matter if the water is room
temperature or chilled, I get the same
effect. The only difference being that the
colder the water, the quicker I feel the
dizziness. I only need one mouthful of
chilled water to feel like this compared
to a few mouthfuls of tap water.
Is this just my body not liking
flavourless water? I only thought about it
the other day when I mentioned it at work
and people thought I was strange lol.

this or is this just when you drink it on
an empty stomach? i feel sick when i drink
water on an empty stomach

Today I did drink some water at work and
it was on a full stomach just after lunch.
Still has the same effect as on an empty
stomach. Hm... very strange. Probably just
one of those things.
