I have been under some more stress lately and have alot of pains in a lower abdomin. Is this OK? I am not sure if its from the pregnancy or if its from the baby like a normal thing for 13 weeks

Your uterus is starting to swell and the ligaments are preparing to stretch. Welcome to pregnancy Very Happy You'll have some type of abdominal pain from here on out. If you are really concerned, there's always a phone to your doctor. This is my first, and I'm surprised my hospital isn't on speed dial yet, lol.
