Massage and physiotherapy

I am looking for information regarding an external procedure that is done in China. It sounded like it involved some way of creating pressure on the legs (maybe like pressurized pants?)that was in sync with a person's heartbeat and it was used to expand arteries and enhance circulation? Please any info on this?Any drawbacks to it? It sounded positive and non-invasive. Thank you.

This procedure sounds like a type of massage synchronized with the heart beats. I am not sure if this massage is more efficient than the usual one but probably won’t cause you any damage. You may want to consult a physiotherapist about this.
