Is there anyone that deals with their
spouse whose has had a massive stroke?
paralyzed on right side, brain damage,
then 17 days later had heart surgery and
put in aortic valve, high blood pressure
and high cholersterol and ~ 150
overweight. Now we just found out that he
is diabetic 2. I'm out of breath I have been
cooking for his heart but the man is so
stubborn and he LOVED food and now with
his stroke his emotions, short term
memory, ability to exercise (due to being
paralyzed on the right side) is difficult
in the wheelchair so losing weight is
tough. He just has a terrible time
understanding the reasoning for this black
& white lifestyle change. And I am
running out of recipes and brain tired
surfing and then trying to gather info
from the heart to the stroke to the
diabetes to get appealing recipes. Can
anyone help me with this?
