I have complex partials. I tried Topamax
but after taking the first pill I went
blind for 4 days. I took Lamictal for 2
years after that. It helped some but I
felt miserable all the time. I have since
weaned off Lamictal and I am attempting to
go drug free. I have had 6 seizures in
the last 30 days. That is a big jump from
what I have on the meds but I feel soooo
much better in between seizures that it is
worth it to me. I try to keep a routine
that my body can count on. Eat regularly,
sleep schedule, that sort of thing. Is
there anything else I can do to help
prevent seizures?
Thanks for your time!

Neurofeedback. My daughters tonic clonic
seizures have all but been eliminated in
the month that she has been having
treatment. She is also med free due to the
terrible side effects. She had vision loss
with Tegretol XR.

often feel tired and out of it
