Have a diagnosis for the current condition: yes
Diagnosis that has been suggested: take pill, back stretches
Current medical status: blood tests for fainting spells, turned out i was just exhausted and had low blood preasure'
Current medical treatment: pill, tramadol

Symptoms of meningitis are headache, nausea-vomiting, fever, hypersensitivity to light and sound, and a stiff neck. There are also certain other specific physical signs and specific lab spinal tap findings. A single headache is not enough to say that your meningitis returned.

Meningitis can return but there are no rules about that.
