my gf had his menses on 2nd feb and ends around 5/6 feb, assuming her ovulation period is around 14feb, will she have a chance of getting pregnant if my semen is contact with her vagina on 1st march?

It depends on when she ovulates. Everyone is different, and if she is irregular, you can't tell if she will ovulate by just telling the dates of one month. The usual time of ovulation is 2 weeks before a period starts, but it can happen at other times. She should get an ovulation predictor kit if she wants to pinpoint the day she ovulates to increase her chances of pregnancy.
