Metal taste in mouth Posted: 04-19-08 17:42pm
I have hear that when you have a metal
tast in your mouth that it means you are
lacking somthing. Well i have a metal tast
im my mouth and am very dizzy, and I can't
keep ANYTHING down (thats not normal for
me).
Oh I do have braces but thats not what im
tasting..and my braces dont tast...Lol.

..maybe your low on iron..i dont know if
that gives off a metal taste or something,
but you might have low iron, talk to your
doctor about it, he or she might know what
is the cause of it.

I have an Appt. the 30th. unless it gets
worse I will just keep that Appt. I hope
its just iorn... but I have been really
wanting fruit, and I have read also that
when you crave things its somtimes because
your missing somthing. So I wounder what
fruit has that I may be missing. I will
let you know what that metal tast means
when I find out...Lol. Its bothering me
that I cant remember!

eat the things you want to eat, fruits,
vegies whatever
are you still taking the iron pills?
Im trying to think of what fruits have
iron in them...but nothing is coming to
mind...try eating cranberries, raspberries
and berry fruits.
i'll try looking it up though

few weeks I knew I was pregnant, they were
making me sick.

a metallic taste in your mouth does not
nessesarily mean you are lacking
something, many many pregnant women get a
metallic taste because they have excess
mucus (snot) and many times it causes a
post nasal drip and that can cause a
metallic taste (i have had post nasal drip
since i was little so i know how nasty
that taste can be lol)
