Severe constant migraines for over a month now, Severe frequent pelvic pains, light headed frequently, loss of appetite, weight goes up and down, fatigue, and dizziness...

my friend had something similar..she was diagnosed with endometriosis i think? you should visit a doctor..see what they have to say
