i saw a topic about someone wanting to
build muscle, and i am also curious about
this, i train 2 to 4 times a week, it
varies as i could be called into work for
overtime etc, i drink very simple
milkshakes, wack 2 eggs, milk and
flavouring into the blender and drink, but
i saw that people need to drink shakes
with PCAA's or something like that i cant
remember, if someone could just tell me
what supliments i should be intaking, what
they do, where i can get them and average
