About three weeks ago my BF noticed he had
these small, painful cuts on the edge of
his foreskin. They're painful when they're
stretched so he hasn't been able to
perform. He will think they've healed
sometimes, so we've tried sex twice and
oral once, but afterwards they're more
painful and irritated than before.
We don't know what they are, they're just
two or three very small cuts in one area,
so I wouldn't think they're an STD. My
only theory was maybe I accidentally bit
it during some rowdy drunk oral sex we
were having the weekend before they
appeared. But don't you think they'd be
healed by now?
He's been applying anti-bacterial
ointments, but they don't seem to be
helping. Anyone who's had similar
problems, advice is greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

He may be experiencing phimosis
(non-retractile foreskin). Treatment for
phimosis is generally surgical ... but he
might be able to receive steroid treatment
locally as well. I'd suggest that he
schedule an appointment with a urologist
for a complete diagnosis and treatment
options.
