3 Miscarriges

Age: 30years

sex: female

past diagnoses: not any
past surgeries: no

family history:
mother: hypertention and heart patient
father: heart patient

currently medications: folic acid

i am married from last 3 years and had history of 3 miscarriages. Two of them were at 16th week of pregnency. Both of them happened in my first year after marriage.

Now I got pregnant 3rd time in which my l. M. P was 22nd march and E. D. D was 2nd feb 2008.

My dr decided to put cervical cerclage in 13th week so my pregnancy could be safe. But it ended this time in 8th week. My all tests are normal which were taken to diagnose the reason of these miscarriages.

My dr gave me this time (in 3rd preg) loprin 75 (mg) when I was in 7th week of pregnancy. I took one tab daily for 8 days and this miscarriage happened on 2nd of june 2007.

My all miscarriages are spontaneous and painless with immediate start of bleeding and I always had normal discharge of the fetus without having dnc.

I want you to tell me first about taking loprin during pregnency. Is it safe?. And secondly could you guide me for any specific treatment which I should go for to safe my pregnancy next time.

Thanks

3 Miscarriages

Sonia,
I have had two consecutive miscarriages in the past 6 months (both before 6 weeks) and my doctor was very unsympathetic. They suggested going through a huge battery of tests and going on hormones, having surgery, etc. It just didn't feel right and I went in search of alternate ways to get pregnant and carry to term without the use of all those drugs. Several of my girlfriends who had infertility problems recommended going to an accupuncturist who specializes in fertility problems and high risk miscarriages. I was skeptical at first, but once I went in I was SO relieved! He diagnosed me with endometriosis, put me on several chinese herbs to correct it and had me come in once a week for accupuncture treatments. I am now 8 weeks pregnant and got to see the baby's heartbet today for the first time. If you are looking for an alternate way I highly recommend seeing an accupuncturist. It's one of the oldest practices on the earth and does not involve synthetic drugs so you know both you and your baby will be safe. Best of luck to you!

Do any of your family members (mom, dad, grand parents, aunts & uncles Etc) that have any blood clot problems???

You need to find a new doctor and get tested for Factor Five.

My wife had a miscarriage at about 3-4 weeks and this was her first that we know of. Her doctor had her tested for it and in turned out she has it. With further tests, she will have to give herself shots twice a day of heperin.

Now we find out that here aunt has the same thing, had to do the shots and also has lupis which some women have when they have Factor Five.

Do a search on her or even google/yahoo for Factor Five and read about it to get additional info.

Good luck and let us know what you find out.
