missed period for 4 months Posted: 04-22-08 13:08pm
I'm 19 yrs. old and I'm 4 months late. My
last normal period was back in December of
2007. Since then I only spot for a day
each month. I've gone to my dr. and he
said that i have the stomach bug. Yes, i
do have all the symptoms and the most
recent ones are that my breasts are
getting more swollen and darker. But my
dr. gave me Provera and i'm suppose to
take it for 10 days. I asked if i can have
a sonogram and he said that it wouldnt do
anything or show anything. But i feel my
stomach getting bigger. My mom told me
that while she was preg with me and my
other brother and sister that she did have
her menstrals for the first 6 months or
so. People that i dont even know are
asking me if i'm pregnant!! My boyfriend
doesnt trust the dr.s here and still
thinks that I am preg. I know that each
pregnancy is different and things come
different. But can I still be pregnant if
all my tests have come out negative?

i HIGHLY doubt you are.. relax.... you
would have had a postive test result by
now if you were... but the doc should be
doing something if you havnt had your
period in 4 months, thats not normal,
unless you arnt regular yet
