I've missed my period for about a month now and about a week ago i noticed i had some light pink spotting when i wiped. This has continued about every other dat for a week and its stopped now.I've been getting dizzy when i sit up and am very tired.i took a hpt a few days ago but it was negative.i took it at like 4:00 pm though. i think im pregnant but i'm not sure.Could anything else be causing me to have these symtoms? Confused

Low blood sugar can cause dizziness, low blood pressure, not eating, being sick with the flu.

If you are still concerned about being pregnant, you should see your doctor for a blood test.

Anemia can make you feel faint and dizziness. For your lack of a menstrual period that can be caused by not ovulating or def. pregnancy. The timing for testing does not really matter at this point. Like Ingi said, go get some blood work done.
