I have a leaky valve and I'm wandering if
I should be taking anything for it. I
purchased Strauss Heart Drops yesterday
and would like to know if anyone has used
this product.

Usually if this is mild it will be
watched. If the regurgitation worsens the
valve will be replaced and requires
surgery.

I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse
24 years ago. I recently had a heart
sonogram and the condition has not
worsened. This is very common, some have
symptoms and some do not. The only time I
experienced symptoms from the mitral valve
prolapse was when I was pregnant (hormonal
changes in the body). The only sugesstion
my cardiologist gave me was to ALWAYS take
antibiotics before having a surgery or
teeth cleaned to prevent an infection to
the heart (endocarditis).
