I had sex with a girl about about two
weeks ago and about a week later I noticed
these 'pimples' on the base of my penis
and very lower abdomen. There is one on
the underside of my shaft as well. My last
sex before her was with my GF about 4
months previously.
They are a bit hard to the touch, and I've
taken a very detailed photo with my
digital camera and they seem to have a
round pearly center. They are about the
size of a grain of sand or two.
I've visited three docs and none know what
it is. I finally have a dermatologist
appointment but that's a bit aways. Anyone
care to weigh in?

Do you find them around the base of the
hair follicles?
Are they painless?

They are painless and do not really itch.
There is one that has hair in the middle,
the rest I do not believe are where hair
follicles are. I hear a lot about how
"pimple" looking things with a pearly
white center are usually molluscum, but
the google image search returns bigger
things.
Three docs have been unable to diagnose,
so I'm seeing a derm soon....but till then
no peace of mind.

Sorry for delayed reply!
I don't think your lesions are caused by
Herpes virus.
Genital herpes is characterized by
blisters-like lesions, that will burst and
leave painful sores. Also, tingling or
itching in the genital or anal area are
present.
These lesions can be molluscum
contagiosum, initially firm,
flesh-colored, pearl-like, dome-shaped
lesions, similar to those of the picture.
Do the lesions have dimple in center?
Have they changed to softer, gray lesions
in a mean time?
