Something handmade? Maybe a nice
photoalbum you've put together w/
handwritten captions? Take her out for
the day.

My daughter gave me a cookie tin, full of
my favorite candy (turtles), and a mouse
pad last mother's day. She had a picture
of the two of us and went online to
Wal-Mart and ordered them. The mouse pad
was $7.00 and the tin $14.00. Now, as I
use my computer, I see the two of us
together and keep the tin on my kitchen
counter! The photo quality is
unbelievable! Good Luck, your mom will
appreciate anything, it is the thought
that counts!!!!!

When I was a kid my mom would always say
she wanted a clean house, no arguing kids,
and kids who listened all day long. I
never got that I was all like uhhh don't
you want something nice? Now I am a mom
(to a 10 yo daughter at that... an as
anyone who has survived this age with a
girl deserves a medal I swear)... I
totally get it, so my suggestion clean the
house top to bottom, scrub, scrub,
scrub... make dinner, and listen to what
she has to say.
