foci (4mm in both right and left frontal
lobes). findings non-specific. in this age
group differential diagnosis includes
vasculitis and gliosis amongst other
causes. Migraine has been associated with
white matter changes. in the appropriate
clinical setting the possibility of a
demyelinating process could not be
eliminated.
- polyploid left maxillary sinus mucosal
thickening )1.5 cm in maximal diameter)
likely representing a mucous retention
cyst or polyp. there is also mild
posterior left ethmoid sinus mucosal
thickening.

after wisdom tooth extraction, on July 3,
I have had constant pain in my jaw, teeth,
cheek, ear and temple on the left side. i
