Ms And Misaligned Jaws/tmd Posted: 10-20-06 12:21pm
I'm a 46 year old female. I'm wondering
if there is a corrolation between the two
-- I was diagnosed with ms 5 years ago,
and i"ve had it approximately 10 years.
I also have misaligned jaws (not from
injury) and my dentist says I have tmd (or
tmj). I have a cross bite that was
never corrected. Some symptoms of tmd
are similar to ms -- tingling in hands,
for one. I read somewhere that
suggested there might some connection.
Please enlighten me.
