Your symptoms (numbness, tingling,
difficulty speaking, twitching of muscles,
double seeing…) can be found in multiple
sclerosis but episodes with symptoms last
too short a time to be diagnosed with MS.
Certain of your symptoms (numbness,
tingling, twitching muscles) can also be
due to the spondylotic changes in your
spine or to the tunnel carpal syndrome.
Laboratory parameters RDW and CPK are not
used for diagnosing MS. In fact, there
isn’t any blood test for diagnosing MS.
Accurate tests for diagnosing MS are: MRI,
evoked potentials test and a spinal tap
(lumbar punition).
