Hello, I am a 23 year old female. I have
recently been waking up with sever
cramping in one of my calves. Sometimes
it's in my left calve and the next time it
may be in my right. It almost brings me to
tears. I have not been under any stress
latley and I am not sure what is causing
this. Some mornings I will wake up ok, but
when I go to strech my legs I get a bad
cramp from just stretching. Is there
something that my body may be low on???
What can I do to try and prevent this from
happening?

try taking magnesium--it will help
alleviate the cramps and give your body
what you need for them not to cramp.
exercise can also bring this on.
