I notice that if I stop aggravating my jaw
by constantly checking it, probing it,
cracking it, checking the crepitus, etc,
that things seem to settle down - also if
I stretch a lot - my back and neck, it
seems to be better. There seems to be a
big muscular component here. When I wake
up i have no pain whatsoever, then my
anterior neck muscles get exquisitely
tender from morning on. If I stay very
active, it seems better. Anyway, does
anyone notice this? thanks as always....
