My hair is literally coming out in
handfuls, each time I wash it. I have a
thyriod problem, but take medication for
it. I have had it for almost 3 years. I
know I just had a baby, but that was 4
months ago. I am seriously worried that I
will loose too much hair and it will be
noticable. I have extremely thick hair,
and would be devastated if it thinned all
out to Rat S*@#$.
What is average for daily hair loss? I
have to yank it out of the drain in the
shower each time I wash it, because the
water would drain right. HELP!!!

i lost a TON of hair after my son was born
and it started when he was about 4 months.
i could have made a wig out of what i
cleaned from the drain after my showers.
don't worry, it's normal and it seems like
a lot but you won't be bald. i was
seriously losing a lot of hair but i never
noticed a difference in the thickness of
my hair (my hair is super thick).

good...My hair is one of the thing I like
the best on me.
My hair was coming out in handfuls a
couple of months after the birth of my
daughter. It's totally normal, don't
worry.

I'm almost 4 months postpartum and I just
started having this happen a couple of
days ago. I wouldn't worry about it. It's
normal.

Yep it's normal. My hair is really thick i
had to keep pulling clumps out of the
plughole so the water could drain when i
was washing my hair and when my sister cut
my hair she had to keep pulling hair out
of her rings that had got tangled up

Yep, it's normal. It happened to me too.
My daughter is nearly 9 months and it's
finally starting to get a little better.
