My Limping Buddy....can Anyone Help????? Posted: 05-26-04 15:29pm
Hello. I am very concerned with a problem
my buddy is having. Some how he injured
his achilles tendon; his heel is swollen,
he complains about heel pain sharp and
going up the back of his foot, its red and
he cant bend it forward/normal rang of
motion, nor can he walk on it. I dont
know if he should go to emergency or not.
The pain does go down when its elevated
and iced. What should we do?

Go to the doctor. Better to spend the
time at the doctor than face an injury
that recurs because you didn't do anything
about it for too long.
