It probably could with surgery. You might want to know that slightly curved or twisted penises are completely normal. In fact, curved penises can stimulate many areas inside of a woman that an otherwise straight penis cannot. You should use it to your advantage.

Mine is also a bit curvy but I don't have any problem . I enjoy sex just like any other person .
