From the following names & nicknames,
which would you prefer, like in a top 3
(or 5)? I'm looking for something strong
but feminine.
THe names outside the brackets are the
'main thing' that I would use; so in some
cases I'd focus on the nickname more, in
others the nickname's optional.

Ariel
Astrid
Chris (FN Christina)
Charlie (FN Charlotte)

little diffrent and i have been teased a
lot but now pople say it is pretty. the
spelling is what makes it so odd my mom
was going to name me sabrina she had a
hard labor they had gave her a lot of
drugs and same how it was spelled tarina
the nurse would not change it after.

Elizabeth nn Beth

Miranda nn Randy
I am very happy to see that someone else
likes Astrid. I love that name. I like
Edie as a nickname for Edith, but it seems
kind of "cute" as a full name- not very
substantial.
Ariel is actually a male name (Ariel
Sharon, for example), so for a girl I
prefer Arielle. Ariel on a girl makes me
think of the Little Mermaid anyway.
