I am on my second month of Birth Control
pills, and took them the first month and 2
weeks with no problems. I took them every
evening at 9 pm. Starting on week 3 of
this month (on a triphasic regimn) I
finished college (woo hoo!) and actually
started having a night life (going out
with my friends etc) and was frequently
late and taking them around 2 and 3 am. 2
days over the last week I have felt so
nauseated around dinner time that I can't
eat. It comes in phases, that I feel
nausated and them don't for about 4-5
hours.
Of course every BCP notes nausea as both a
mild and severe side effect, so I don't
know if I should just continue taking them
but go back to my old 9 pm routine or if I
should go to a doctor. I only have 3 days
of active pills left on this pack.

I dont think switching the time you take
your pill should have made a difference on
making you sick...however, i do remember
when I first started the pill for the
first 2 or 3 packs i felt TERRIBLE all the
time, I'd get random headaches, dizzy
spells felt nauseated and it was like you,
it would come and go..and i read on the
pack that this was something that could
occur for the first 2 or 3 packs..so i
thought to myself, ok, i'll give it
another month and if this keeps happening
i'm done, no more pills..sure enough my
body finally adjusted to the horomones i
guess and I'm fine now so maybe you're
just still adjusting to the pills, you did
say it was your 2nd pack....
also, I had a related question to this
topic and didn't want to post a new
thread...yesterday I came down with some
case of food poisoning I guess and got
sick, threw up..it was 4 hours after
taking my pill...so I should be fine
right? any feedback welcomed!
