Why do I get nausea when I eat oatmeal?
Last time I tried it again, it was simply
with honey and skim milk.

I used to just about gag every time I
tried to eat butterbeans or collard
greens. Simple solution was to stop
trying.

Don't eat oatmeal if it makes you
nauseous.

I remember that I once got sick off of
oatmeal because I was grossed-out. Are you
eating it because you want to? Or because
you HAVE to? lol
Eat what agrees with you, that's the best
you can do for yourself!!
