I was so pumped because I hadn't felt queasy yet. Optimistic soul that I am, I thought that I might skip that this time around. I made burgers, coleslaw and fries for dinner. It was so yummy until I finished eating, then I had this super nasty taste in my mouth that I couldn't get rid of with water. Then I stood up and and my dinner decided that up was the way to go and made a spectacular appearance on my living room floor. Lovely. So of course I rinsed my mouth out and brushed my teeth, then the taste of the toothpaste brought up the remains of my dinner. Lovely. Last time it was just nausea, this time it's nausea and vomiting. Goodie. Yay. Not that you guys wanted to hear that, but I just thought I'd share it with y'all anyway. I'm gonna go drink a gallon of water because I feel super dirty now. Mad

I'm sorry Kay! I hope it gets better for you soon. I know how you feel though. I was throwing up and dry heaving the whole first half of my pregnancy.

Ugh! No heaving! I swear that's the only thing worse than vomiting! I've only done that a few times in my life and every single time was after overindulging in the drink special of the day. Laughing I remember the feeling clearly though...ugh!

Crying or Very sad I'm so sorry! I can't sympathize, but does it count that I hate dry heaving as well?!? It's even worse when the lining of your stomach is coming up...

Maybe it won't last that long!! Good Luck!!!

oh no! i'm going to be hopeful and think maybe it's just a bug? if it's m/s i hope it goes away soon.

i actually preferred throwing up to just being nauseous. i usually felt so much better once it came up.

I might be slow, but I have no idea what "m/s" is...
I really hate to throw up. I mean really, really hate to. The nausea the first time was bad and it sucked because back then I did wish that I could just throw up and get it over with but this time I'm nauseous even when I do hurl. I went out and bought every package of lemon drops in the neighborhood store. So far they're cutting the nausea down. I'm so glad I remembered them from last time.

Hey, do you find yourself forgetting things that you knew last time around? Like I forgot about the lemon drops until an hour or two ago. And the dizziness. I forgot about that until the room started spinning this morning. I didn't realize how many of the little things I had forgotten... Confused

carefull on eating habs
I know sometimes if you eat haburgrs really fas you miht get ill.
Or if the meat is not cooked right, old or sometimes the market might not have good refridgeration you might get ill.
My nutritionist I paid extra for outside of my doctor told me not to et red meat and just to have fish, once a week, chicken, or ham because it is leaner and you also have a less chance of becoming ill.
hope you feel better.
I also take extra vitamines and fish oil in a capsul, and 800 mgs of vit D.
daily.
Drink four glasses of water a day.
They told me with lupus no ice water. Just room temp.
Take care.
