I have been having pain and stiffness in both sides of my neck to my shoulder blades, also my right ear feels clogged all the time, and I have been having a dull pain in my upper left breast. I work as a secretary, in front of a computer all day. I also sleep on my stomach so my head is turned either way when I sleep, so that may be what's wrong with my neck. I may have water behind my ear drum or something, but my right ear has felt clogged up for years (I have sinus problems too) I don't know why I have the dull pain (it pulsates) in my upper left breast area, there's no lump or anything. Does anyone have any ideas?
