Here's my story for you to read, to maybe think bout what you're going through. Now here it is March 4th of 2008 {last period was February 2nd - 28 day regular cycle.}. Already past my period by about four days now, I have a really good feeling that wasn't my period, the bleeding I experienced back in February {24th-27th - the light, spotty, short, pink/brown/burgundy red bleeding. - my normal periods last for five days & are heavy.} Anyways, today I went to the doctors & they gave me a urine test, came out negative. But the thing is I'm still having these symptoms: nauseated - actually threw up in my mouth alittle bit earlier, sore breast & nipples & they seem to be alittle bigger - atleast alittle more cramped in my bra than usual - the thing about them being tender is it's not all day it really depends on what time of day it is (as weird as that sounds), I really don't feel myself to tell you the truth, bloated to the extreme, starting to use the bathroom a lot more, I actually have what it seems like menstrual cramps but they're not as harsh, really tired lately but finding it hard to sleep since my mind has been on this whole pregnancy thing - & I have noticed I can't fall asleep til the wee mornings then it seems like I sleep all day & stay up all night - although when I'm awake I feel as though I didn't sleep enough even if I slept for twelve hours, short frequent mild headaches, I can see blue veins in my breast sometimes they're not as dark as other times so I really don't know what to think about that.

& just as a mental note: I had unprotected sex from February 11th through the 21st, every day in between those days, multiple times a day...

You can choose on your own to take a few more urine tests, however even if you are pregnant some woman are unable to produce a positive test via urine. However you can choose to have a blood test be taken.

But also just know that although you may be having symptoms related to what pregnant women experience it may not be due to pregnancy. They can be caused by other things as well. Book a doctors appointment and even consider checking out WedMD prior to going in!

Good luck!

Honestly, I think I might just take that offer on taking another urine test, except I think this time I want to do the test myself, another thing about the whole doctors visit is they had me come in at 3:45PM for a urine test. Now from what I comprehend about tests containing urine, it's best to take them in the morning.
I mean at a 3:45PM appt for a pregnancy test, you figure they'd want to try a blood test.
But that's just me using my own common sense.

Do you know what other health problems it could be from? I mean the symptoms.

I think today I'm going to head up to the doctors office, get a free pregnancy test to take home since I have the right insurance, my doctor told me yesterday my insuranced covered it. Anyways, if that does turn out to be negative, then I'll wait a week or two to see how my symptoms are doing. If they still exist, then I'm going to make a appt. for a blood test.
