I have recently had a nerve conduction
test. 30 minutes after the test i had a
car accident where my foot had a sort of
spasm moving from the brake to the gas
hitting another car. I am afraid to ask
the doctor that conducted the test because
he will likely think I am looking to sue.
I wouldn't do that, but was given a ticket
for it and am wondering if maybe I should
have been warned before driving home? If I
could get any information that may help me
fight the ticket I would greatly
appreciate it. (The accident was very
minor, no one was injured and there was
little damage to my car, none to the other
car, but I did get a fairly large ticket.)

Sorry no one responded to this. My answer
would be: go back to your physicans office
and ask to speak to your physican. Explain
what happened and ask if he/she would
write you an "excuse" about the procedure
you just had. I know doctors can write a
"please excuse ? from school today", why
could this physican not type up a little
something about what you'd just had
previous to getting a ticket. You may could
use this when you went to pay oyur ticket
fine. Explain to Dr. you are not in this
to sue or for any other reason. If the
doctor does not write you one, it either
means this test you had should not have
caused a spasm, or the doctor has no clue
as to the condition you are
in..........thats just my opinion!
