Never ending progress bar Posted: 06-12-08 22:32pm
Sometimes when I enter a reply to a topic,
I get a grey and blue progress bar that
will not go away and prevents me from
clicking on anything. I have to reload
eHealth completely in order to do
anything.
What is this progress bar? Does it have
anything to do with the surveys that
randomly pop up? And is there a way for us
to click "do not ask me again" so that we
stop getting these surveys if we don't
want to answer them 80 times?
These problems are extremely annoying.

Okay, the progress bar is getting worse,
not better. I can't be the only person
experiencing this. Does anyone have an
explanation for this, and will this
problem be addressed and fixed?

Is this appearing when you post a reply or
when you use the quick reply?

I usually use a quick reply unless I'm
quoting someone. So I'm guessing only
quick reply, but it could be happening
with reply as well.

OK. And is it STILL happening?
What internet browser are you using?
And ... we took your suggestion so that if
a member "closes" a poll/survey by cliking
on the "x" box, it won't appear again ...
EVER. Thanks for the
suggestion.

I'm not sure. I'm visiting family right
now and am accessing this site from
another computer and browser. It hasn't
happened here yet, but I'll let you know
if it still happens when I go home.
