Hello,
I know one program - break reminder,
called Workplace Angel. I use this
program, it helps me to have a rest in
time and do exercises. Recommend all.

I'd suggest weight bearing activities to
strengthen the muscles and the ligaments
around the wrists. Kneeling on your hands
and knees to begin. And then stretch each
arm and leg in turn to work on balance at
the same time. And then lift your hips a
little. Beginning yoga --- look into
downward facing dog.
