is there a surgery out there that will
actually reduce the size of large nipples?
i hate mine. i don't care if you tell me I
shouldn't. I cover my breasts during sex
and whenever I have to look at them in the
mirror because I hate them. is there a
nipple size reduction surgery out there???

Yes there is a procedure to reduce nipple
size out there. It takes about an hour
with local anesthetics, and you can be
back to normal in a week or so, with no
long term effects. They take out bits and
pieces that aren't necessary to nipple
function, like milk ducts.
