No gap between breasts

im 14 and i have no gap between my breasts. its like half a centimetre. i also have a red patch/old rash where they rubbed together, im not sure what to do. I also have strecthmarks on them. My body image and confidence is really low, so i cant be myself when im out with friends and stressing if my shirt isnt covering them. i need serious advice because im going mad about it. Embarassed

You can not do anything about how far apart your breasts are. Some women have a large space and others have very little space between their breasts. As far as the rash is concerned - try using corn starch or baby powder that has corn starch. Do not use talc as this can cause a yeast infection. The corn starch will keep the skin dry and minimize chafing. If that does not work you may want to visit your doctor. You may have a yeast infection and this is taken care of with nystatin ointment or cream. Nystatin is prescription only so you need to go to the doctor. I hope this helps.

I also had stretch marks at your age... I presume because they grew super fast and big.

I'm sure you're Gap will fill in, you have only started growing just recently (about 12 yrs old?). you stop at about 18 and between now and then you could become 2/3 sizes bigger.

Yes, there is nothing you can do about the spacing, but let me tell you, I wish mine were closer together. Do not feel bad, you should feel blessed.
