im 5'1 and i fit into a 00
i KNOW im thin, if i put on weight i
REALLY wouldnt mind.. but im not thinking
i look nasty.. my ribs arnt sticking out,
i eat... i keep it in my stomach and let
it come out the natural way..
through out school i was made fun of..
called anerexic, and balimic.. im not
though.....
for SO long i would only wear baggy pants
and long sleeved shirts because i was so
embarrished of being so thin..
but then i met shawn and he made me feel
good about my body and im now confertable
with myself.. sure i've gained weight
since then but not much..
i wear tank tops and im not scared..
i wear bikini's and im not scared..
if people dont like the way i look well
its their problem and not mine..
i respect myself, and im confertable with
myself.
thats all that matters

I'm a size 4/6 and 5'2. I couldn't
imagine what I would look like if i was a
14. That'd be more than double what I am
now. I think that would make be obese
with the way I'm built. I'm not saying
that 14 is nasty either, so don't take it
that way. It all depends on your height
and build, I think.

I think that woman who are naturally
big/medium boned trying to be a size 0 are
the ones that look 'nasty'. As in, you can
see every bone in their body and look
extremely malnourished because they eat 10
calories a day and exercise 12 hours a day
to get rid of their 'fat'.
I am pretty much big boned, and about a
size 13 at this point. I'm also 5'9" and
210 (still some pregnancy weight). I'm
happy with myself, but if I could fit into
a 9 again, I would be happy then too.
I understand it's hard to find diet plans
to help you gain weight, because the USA
is getting fatter every year. Therefore,
they have diet plans to help you lose
weight. But there are some women that have
an above average metabolism that makes
them look unhealthy, and I honestly feel
bad because people say they are anorexic,
when in reality, they eat just as much as
a 'normal' person (as in 2000 calories a
day).

before i got pregnant i was 5 ft and able
to fit in a 00 to a 1/2 and i was so happy
with that. i mean you have your own
opinions but purposly gaining weight is
just as bad as being to skinny. if i were
you i would let things happen and not
worry about everyone else if you were
meant to be a size 14 than your body
wouldve been built for it and you wouldve
already been there and sense your not. im
guess you have a very slim figure and if i
were you i would be happy with that.
everyone is just jealous trust me!
