No period two positive pregnancy tests Posted: 03-25-08 06:23am
Yesturday my friend decided to take a
pregnancy test. She wanted me there with
her. We got to talking and I said I'll
take one too, since I am late, and have
not been feeling well. Well to my
surprise, mine said pregnant. My friends
test said Not pregnant. What?!!!!!!!I took
the first one yesturday about 5. I took
the second one this morning.Both said
pregnant.(Clear Blue ) kind.
I'm going to the doctor later on today. It
says it is 99.9 % accurate. So I'm
pregnant? I am
definetly not trying, but I'll be okay.
This is just now setting in and I'm
nervous as heck!
Advice?

did you have unprotected sex?
anytime you have sex, whether your trying
to get pregnant or not, if its unprotected
theres a chance of pregnany.

Yes, if you have to positive pregnancy
tests and have been having sex, especially
with a missed period, you pretty much are
definitely pregnant. Do you know who the
father may be? If you need anyone to talk
to or any support at all, we are here for
you. I hope things work out; it must have
been quite a shock!

Thanks for support!
I am five weeks today. I went to the
doctor today and she did a test. It came
back positive of course. She said she will
call me in 5-7 days with an appointment
for an obgyn. I got some prenatal vitamins
and started drinking water(blah) I hate
water so bad lol My boyfriend and I have
been together for about 4 years now he
went with me to the doctor and is being
very supportive. I'm just in shock really,
my mom is excited though, I'm young but I
almost finished with school and I do have
a job. I'm almost 20 and I will handle
this. I won't give the baby up or abort (
just not for me) and it looks like I'm due
in november. If anybody wants to message
me then feel free.
I'm afraid to get excited right now
though, since its still so early.
I need advice thoguh on what you guys
eat and drink and so on. All I seem to
want is chinese food which is super
unhealthy.
(sorry for any typos, in a hurry just
wanted to update)

i eat a lot of fruit, salads, chicken,
beef [both in stir frys or other dishes]
its really what you feel like eating, but
in moderation, go ahead and eat chinese
food, but not too much or too often
because as you said its not ver healthy.
My fiance buys me fresh fruit bowls, from
the apple market near our house. Im
addicted to them!
Water is great to drink, even fruit
juices, apple juice, iced tea, gingerale
and crackers if you have morning sickness,
it worked for me, its important to stay
hydrated and eat right, as my doctor said
to me, its not time to start any diet, but
eat the right foods that you should be
eating to stay healthy during this
pregnancy not only for yourself, but for
the baby.

pregnant at 18 [19weeks and 5days!]

blood test to be positive before we told
anyone. But my doctor said that there was
no need right now that my ob would do one
in a couple of weeks. She said that i was
definetlt preg i took 3 home test and all
were positive and different kinds lol .
And the urine test at the doc came back
positive to so im a lil excited but still
nervous anyone want to private message me
feel free.

Same here I think Im
4wks you can message me if u need a
friend(any one) Im a housewife and loving
it..1st pregnancy..praying everyday for
god to protect our bubble lol..

Ususally what doctors do, is first they do
a urine test, and if that result isn't
very clear, they do a blood test. Atleast
thats what the doctor that i went to did.
So if you got a positive urine test at the
doctors too, your good to go! lol
If you took 3, and all came back positive
and a positive urine test from the
doctors, there's no doubt that your
pregnant.

at first its always a shocker,
when i tested, i was 5 days late and took
the digital read test, i was washing my
hands and my fiance looked down and was
like :O and started giggling, i dont
remember much, i felt a gush of excitment
and nervousness at the same time..i think
my head was spinny too! But what helped,
was my fiance gave me a kiss and said
we're going to have a baby and smiled.
After a few weeks going by, it hit me when
i started having morning
sickness..CHRISTMAS DAY TOO! and i
realized i really am pregnant.
And then hearing the heart beat, i looked
over at my fiance and he shed a tear, i
was amazed by the heart beating and my
fiance's reaction too. I then realized [i
did before too] that there's really
something in me growing and going to look
up to me. Your lucky to have good support
from your mother. That always is a plus.
